About · The story
Thirty-five years in the field and the Home Office, focused on one thing
Helping NM field leaders and financial advisors, across all ages and stages, drive productive and profitable businesses.
The story — why FPP exists
Steve Frankl began with NM in 1991 as a College Agent and then full-time advisor. In 2000, he was brought to the Home Office and, over the next 20+ years, worked continuously around advisor development: running the sales divisions for both Life and DI, building and running the Regional Sales Teams, leading the Field Training and Development department, and always being heavily involved in evolving the Company’s planning tools and processes.
In 2021, Steve left the Home Office to get entrepreneurial again, creating Field Productivity Partners with the purpose of bundling all this experience to directly benefit NM’s distribution system.
In addition to developing great teams of professionals in the Home Office, all these roles concentrated on driving the knowledge, skills and productivity of Advisors and Leaders around the country. Today that is the whole focus: helping NM field leaders and financial advisors, across all ages and stages, drive productive and profitable businesses.
